Certified Speech Therapist-Defectologist
Hello! My name is Jelena Skitska.
I am a speech therapist-defectologist, a teacher of Russian language and literature, and a professional massage therapist with medical training.
Over 30 years of practice, I have helped hundreds of children speak more confidently, correct sound pronunciation, and build a stronger foundation for speech development.

Massage as Part of Comprehensive Support
An important part of my practice is not only speech therapy massage, but also general massage for children.
Children often try very hard yet physically cannot pronounce a sound correctly. The reason may lie not only in the tone of the articulatory muscles, but also in general muscular imbalance or tension in the neck and shoulder area.
General Children's Massage
It helps relieve nervous system tension, improve blood flow to the brain, and support posture, which is essential for proper speech breathing.
Gentle Speech Therapy Massage
It releases local tension and helps activate the tongue and lips so the child can engage in speech work more effectively.
When the whole body is balanced and the facial muscle base is prepared, even difficult sounds can be established faster, more naturally, and with less frustration for the child.
